Meet Brenna.
I am Brenna, a licensed therapist who has been dedicated to helping individuals overcome their challenges and grow into their best selves for over a decade. I have extensive training in identifying and treating trauma and believe that this could be the missing piece to finding greater satisfaction and peace in your daily life.
In my practice, I tailor therapeutic approaches to the unique needs and goals of each client. I believe in the importance of creating a collaborative and individualized treatment plan that fosters personal growth and well-being. Together, we will explore your strengths and challenges, building a path toward healing and self-discovery.
I look forward to walking with you on your path to healing and personal growth.

Ways we can work together.
Somatic Experiencing® (SE®)
SE is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and stress, allowing individuals to release stored tension and restore their natural balance. I help clients explore the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a highly effective therapy for processing traumatic memories and reducing the emotional distress. With the help of EMDR I help clients take the ‘charge’ out of traumatic memories.
Post Induction Therapy (PIT)
PIT is based Pia Mellody’s model of developmental trauma. With this model we can explore the impact of past experiences and messages on current relationships and functioning.
Complicated Pain Recovery Coach
Based on the work of Dr. Jerry Learner, MD. We can utilize this model to help address complicated pain of all types in session.
Eye of the Needle I+II
I was trained by Dr. Peter Levine, Phd in this vey specialized approach based on his work. It is helpful in addressing trauma related to medical procedures, anesthesia and near death experiences.
Bodywork and Somatic Education (BASE)
This approach utilizes specific types of touch to help clients cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies. The aim is to restore balance and relationship with our organism.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Integration is key in a holistic approach to psychedelic medicine. Integration sessions can be booked before, during, and/or after medicine has been administered to boost the effectiveness of these incredible medicines.
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
SSP is a cutting-edge intervention designed to promote neuroregulation and enhance social engagement. SSP utilizes specially engineered and filtered music to help communicate feelings of safety directly to the nervous system over 5 sessions of listening.
Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT)
This task based model, developed by the International Institute for Trauma + Addiction Professionals, can help address Sex Addiction, Financial Disorders, and Internet + Gaming Disorders.
